It has 12 on board wired Zones and can connect to a RF portal (not included) to run WIFI PIRS (not included). Metal boxed PCB with transformer and battery connections. Also included is a MK7 (CP-038) Proximity keypad for “keyfob” setting and unsetting (Fobs not included). The unit was used on an ADT system on a ADT contract so if you want to use it independently and NOT on ADT you will need to reconfigure it back to factory settings. This might involve extra cost if you are unsure how to go about this task. Was working fine when removed recently. Any questions please ask.
