It has 12 on board wired Zones and can connect to a RF portal (not included) to run WIFI PIRS (not included). Metal boxed PCB with transformer and battery connections. Also included is a MK7 (CP-038) Proximity keypad for “keyfob” setting and unsetting (Fobs not included). The unit was used on an ADT system on a ADT contract so if you want to use it independently and NOT on ADT you will need to reconfigure it back to factory settings.
